Terms and Conditions
1. About Inficore
This website, inficore.gr, is operated by PAPASTAMOU ALEXANDROS, a sole proprietorship trading as Inficore, with its business address at 26, 25is Martiou Street, Pefki, 151 21, Athens, Greece. VAT number: 168337568. GEMI registration number: 184374808000.
You can contact us at info@inficore.gr, +30 210 806 3341 or +30 697 502 7511.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms explain the permitted use of our website and the general basis on which we offer IT services and technology equipment. Specific services and purchases are subject to the quotation, order confirmation or service agreement accepted by the customer and Inficore.
Browsing this website or submitting a contact form does not, by itself, create a paid service agreement. Any specific terms agreed for a service or purchase take precedence over these general terms where they differ, subject to mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Our services
Inficore provides systems and network services, data protection solutions, IT project management, remote and on-site technical support, and technology equipment.
The precise scope, deliverables, timetable, technical requirements and responsibilities for each engagement are set out in the applicable quotation or agreement. Additional work requires agreement on its scope and cost before it is carried out.
References to security, backup, monitoring and business continuity describe the services offered; they do not guarantee that every cyber incident, data loss or interruption can be prevented.
4. Monthly IT support plans
Our website presents Basic, Standard, Advanced and Full Support plans. Included support hours, response targets, monitoring, on-site visits and other features depend on the selected plan and the agreed service terms.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, support hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00, Athens local time. Continuous automated monitoring, where included, does not itself mean that a staffed helpdesk operates outside those hours.
A response target refers to an initial response or commencement of assessment, rather than a guaranteed resolution time. Hardware, software licences and large infrastructure projects are quoted separately unless expressly included.
Before activation, the agreement must specify fees, billing dates, contract duration, renewal and cancellation arrangements, any charges for additional work, and any fair-use conditions applicable to unlimited support. No automatic renewal or cancellation fee is established merely by visiting this website.
5. Quotations, prices and payment
Prices, applicable VAT, additional charges, quotation validity and payment terms are provided before a customer accepts an engagement or purchase. For consumers, the total payable price includes applicable taxes and any disclosed compulsory charges.
Submitting an enquiry is not an order or confirmation of availability. A service or purchase proceeds once its scope and commercial terms have been agreed. Payment, delivery and installation arrangements are governed by that agreement.
6. Customer responsibilities and authorised access
Customers must provide accurate information, identify authorised contacts and arrange the access and permissions reasonably necessary for the agreed work. Customers must have authority to grant access to the systems, software and data concerned.
Access credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method, rather than through the public contact form. Customers must maintain valid software licences and inform Inficore of relevant technical changes or known incidents.
The agreement should allocate responsibility for backups, verification and restoration. Where Inficore undertakes those tasks, they remain part of its agreed responsibilities. Delays caused by missing information, permissions or access may require a revised timetable.
7. Equipment and third-party services
Equipment specifications, availability, delivery, installation, support and any manufacturer warranty are confirmed for each purchase. Manufacturer warranties are additional to, and do not replace, any statutory rights.
Third-party software, cloud services and telecommunications may be subject to their providers’ licences and terms. Inficore will identify relevant dependencies for the agreed solution. These dependencies do not remove Inficore’s own contractual or statutory responsibilities.
8. Consumers and statutory rights
Where you purchase as a consumer, applicable Greek and EU consumer protection rules remain fully effective, including statutory rights concerning conformity of goods and remedies for defects.
For distance or off-premises contracts, a statutory right of withdrawal generally applies for 14 days, subject to legal exceptions. The period normally starts on receipt of goods or conclusion of a service contract. Where applicable, we will provide the required withdrawal information, instructions and model form before the contract is concluded.
Starting a service during that period requires the consumer’s express request where required by law. If the consumer then withdraws, a proportionate charge for services already supplied may apply where the statutory conditions are met. Loss of the withdrawal right following full performance requires the prior express consent and acknowledgement required by law. These website terms alone do not constitute that request, consent or acknowledgement.
Contact info@inficore.gr regarding a purchase, complaint or withdrawal. This contact route does not replace any additional withdrawal facility or procedure required by law.
9. Website use and intellectual property
You must not use the website for unlawful activity, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or infringe another person’s rights.
Website text, designs, graphics, logos and other materials belong to Inficore or their respective rights holders. You may view and print content for personal reference or internal business evaluation. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
10. Website information and liability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Please contact us to confirm details material to your proposed purchase or project. Website availability may be affected by maintenance or technical interruptions.
Inficore’s responsibility for paid services and equipment is governed by the applicable agreement and law. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability for data loss, security incidents or service failures, and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content and policies are controlled by their operators.
11. Confidentiality, personal data and cookies
Information received during an engagement is handled in accordance with applicable law and any agreed confidentiality obligations. Personal data collected through the website is addressed in our separate Privacy Policy. Cookie information and choices are provided through our cookie notice and preferences interface.
Where Inficore processes personal data on a customer’s behalf, the parties must put in place an appropriate data processing agreement where required by the GDPR. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to optional cookies or marketing communications.
12. Updates
We may update these website terms and will show the publication date of the revised version. Changes do not retrospectively alter existing orders or service agreements. Changes to an ongoing engagement require the process agreed in the applicable contract and any notices or consent required by law.
13. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by Greek law, subject to mandatory protections available to consumers, including any applicable protections of the country in which they habitually reside. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction rules provided by law; these terms do not restrict a consumer’s mandatory rights regarding jurisdiction.
Please contact info@inficore.gr so that we can seek to resolve any concern. The English and Greek versions are intended to have the same meaning. If a discrepancy affects an engagement, the parties should clarify it in writing, without prejudice to mandatory rights.
